Welcome to Cross and Crown Counseling.
When I was a young adult, I had my heart set on becoming a medical doctor. As life pressed on and a bit of schooling here and there God called me to the ministry of counseling and tending to the heart and soul of people for Him. My kingdom purpose was on the move. In February of 2013, I officially launched Cross and Crown Counseling after several years of extensive study in Christian Counseling and Ordination as a fully ordained Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I currently hold a master's degree in Christian Counseling and am working on my doctorate. I am a NCCA Licensed Clinical Christian Counselor, Certified Temperament Counselor, and NCCA Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor. I am married to my beloved husband Jeff and our family consists of 5 amazing children and 2 grandchildren.
I love to see people walk in freedom and understanding of God's heart for them as He has declared Good News, to heal the broken hearted, proclaim freedom to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those that are bound. I use many modes and techniques in counseling having acquired many tools over the years and trust God to provide direction for each and every client I serve.
I enjoy working with the young and the aged.

Our Growth
As the need for Christian Counseling has grown, we were led to launch Cross and Crown Counseling Certified Academic Institue in January of 2020. I have a strong desire to see others with a call to counsel get equipped to fulfill their destiny. I enjoy encouraging and supporting students as they pursue their studies and helping them grow into excellent counselors. I am a NCCA Board-Certified Clinical Supervisor and Executive Director of Cross and Crown Counseling Certified Academic Institute.
