Passionate About Peace and Freedom in Christ

​Kate earned a BA and Master of Arts in Clinical Christian Counseling from Cornerstone University. She also obtained full ordination as a Minister of the Gospel through the National Conservative Christian Church, now known as Experience Ministries in 2012.

Kate carries with her a great compassion to lift others up and see them reach their goals.  She loves to see people walk in the fullness of Jesus Christ.  Her compassion is driven by a heart totally devoted to God, surrendered and yielded to His authority alone.  From this place of determination, and guided by Isaiah chapter 61, in February of 2013, she founded and is the current Executive Director and Board-Certified Clinical Director of Cross and Crown Counseling and Cross and Crown Counseling Certified Academic Institute.

Kate loves to see people come to the understanding of God's heart for them.   She uses many modes and techniques in counseling, some of which are cognitive therapy, trauma therapy, and temperameny therapy. She has acquired many tools and resources over the years and trusts God to provide direction for each and every client she serves.

Kate is married to her beloved husband Jeff and her family consists of 5 adult children plus spouses and 2 grandchildren, so far.​ Kate also co-labors with her husband, Jeff Walpole, Pastor of House of His Presence, a local church in Dallas Oregon​.

She enjoys speaking at events and writing articles to encourage others in their spiritual, intellectual, and emotional growth.
