Session Rates
We offer a sliding scale based on total monthly income to determine session fees rather than bill insurance. We are able to keep our counseling fees low, making counseling affordable for all. Lengths of Sessions and other Details
Sessions vary in length anywhere from 50, 75, or 100 minute increments. Session rates are charged by 50 minute intervals. Your first session will usually be 75 minutes, giving you and your counselor the extra time you need. We have a late cancellation fee of $35 if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice unless it's a medical or other emergency.
Before your first session, you will be asked to complete a set of New Client Intake Forms and an online Temperament Profile Questionnaire. The cost of this APS Temperament Profile is a flat rate of $55, which will be charged the day of your first session but utilized throughout your entire counseling journey with us.
